4. Appointment Booking & Cancellation Policy

Online appointment requests are subject to confirmation by our clinic staff. While we strive to honor scheduled appointments, we reserve the right to reschedule or modify appointments due to unexpected clinical emergencies. Patients are kindly requested to provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

5. Elective vs. Diagnostic Ultrasound Services

Elective 3D/4D keepsake ultrasounds provided by the clinic are non-diagnostic imaging services designed for parental bonding and viewing. Elective sessions do not replace comprehensive diagnostic prenatal ultrasounds (such as Congenital Anomaly Scans) ordered by a licensed OB-GYN physician.
